Shannon graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Prelaw before embarking on a journey teaching English overseas in South Korea and Taiwan for four years. After deciding to pursue her passion for the law, Shannon returned to the states and earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law school. During law school she gained practical experience and honed her advocacy skills through internships with the juvenile division of the Adams County Colorado State Public Defender as well as with the Office of Public Advocacy in Anchorage, Alaska.
After graduating from Colorado Law, Shannon accepted a position in Denver with the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender where she gained invaluable experience litigating countless pretrial motion hearings and proceeding to trial on cases ranging from minor traffic offenses to homicide. Shannon later transitioned into private practice before returning to her home state of Washington and joining the Puget Law Group team.
Through her fearless approach to trial litigation and unwavering dedication to achieving justice Shannon has established a record of securing favorable outcomes for her clients.
